How I Make Banana Bread

This is How I Make Banana Bread.
I have modified the recipe for carb grams calculated for those people who count for portion amounts. The bananas add the sweetness and also the nutrients of the fruit.
Myself, having to live life watching what I put into my body, I learned how to make healthy food that taste good and balance out the effects of too high or too low blood sugars.
