Heirloom Garden found at Champoeg State Park, Oregon: Fall 2015

Angela Jane dressed up for the Living History program about to start, took a moment in the 1800's Champoeg State Parks Garden behind the Visitor Center.

Love Lies Bleeding plant
 The bean poles are made out of the down tree branches lashed together the old fashion way.


Water Barrel?
 Pumpkins for Fall harvest.  All the seeds used to grow the plants in this garden are of the heirloom seeds that where planted when the white settlers came over to homestead.
