Camping: August 2011 Oregon Trip Fly Fishing too
Down Past Foster Lake and way up into the Mountains
We found a perfect spot above Sweet Home, not crowded on Labor Day weekend.
Had the pleasure of meeting and handshake with Clarence, a local caretaker, and other folk who travel through this outdoor space. Photographer Mike caught & released 3 nice fish, fly fishing. The weather was warm, the sky clear and quite a nice night view for star gazing. The creek water was cold and clear, with fish, bugs, very large amphibians and some moths last resting place died on the water surface as I watched them flow by with the little rivers current.

Jeep riding up and down was exciting for us road blazers, from the top of the road to creeping the jeep down dirt and rock road to camp. A coyote cruising by at night got Little Bear to use his "If you don't want excitement, don't come into our camp area", growl. The dogs, Earl and Bear had a blast hanging out with us also. Earl had to be leashed due to the fact he would sneak, 'round about to the camp kitchen up from the creek. Little Bear, climbed onto a good size rock like an old chimp, following behind Rachael and was not quite sure how to get off when the kid continued exploring downstream.
